Luke Mercurio had 18 of his game-high 20 points in the second half and went four-for-four from the free throw line in the final minute of the fourth quarter to lead Hampton Bays to a 51-45 win over Port Jefferson in League VII. Mercurio also had eight rebounds and Justin Carbone added 15 points for Hampton Bays (6-2).

Bellport 75, Huntington 64: Senior Armand Correa scored a career-high 31 points and Will Edwards added 21 points and eight rebounds to lead Bellport (6-6, 5-3) in League IV.

Babylon 60, Mattituck 30: Jacob Carlock made four three-pointers in the first quarter and finished with 19 points to lead Babylon (8-4, 5-3) in League VII. Nehari Jenkins added 20 points.

East Islip 54, Centereach 37: Evan Maxwell had 18 points and 16 rebounds to lift East Islip (6-1) in League III. Brian Johnson added 15 points for East Islip, who clinched a playoff berth.

Half Hollow Hills West 75, Hauppauge 23: Emile Blackman had a game-high 15 points and junior Fernando Vazquez added 11 points to lead Hills West (9-3, 7-1) in League IV. Hills West clinched a playoff berth for the seventh consecutive season, according to coach Bill Mitaritonna.

Long Island Lutheran 74, St. Anthony's 70: Ryan Denicola had 11 points and 16 rebounds and Brandon Alford added 12 points to lift Long Island Lutheran (12-4), which led 60-36 after three quarters, in non-league. St. Anthony's Dan Pierrot scored 35 points with eight three-pointers.

Smithtown East 55, North Babylon 42: Jon Feiler had 25 points and 16 rebounds and seven blocks to lead Smithtown East (5-2) in League III.

Smithtown West 61, Riverhead 55: Ryan Hickey had 24 points and five assists and Mike Biaridi had 10 points and nine rebounds to lead Smithtown West (3-4) in League III.

West Babylon 71, Comsewogue 26: Mike Richardson scored 12 of his 14 points in the first half to lead West Babylon (5-3) in League IV. Chris Miller had 15 of his 21 points in the second half for West Babylon.

Kings Park 71, Sayville 37: Kevin Neglia had 17 points to lead Kings Park (6-2) in League V. Steven Wibben had 16 points, Craig Jeudy had 15 points and Kevin Gurlides added 12 points and 12 rebounds.

GIRLS BASKETBALL

Copiague 58, Deer Park 52:Cypher McCloud had 12 points and 17 rebounds and Mikaiya Moore added 16 points and 12 rebounds to lead Copiague (6-2) in League IV. Ihnacinse Grady grabbed an offensive rebound and found Twiggy Hamilton for a layup to give Copiague a 50-48 lead with just under five minutes left.

Whitman 63, Central Islip 42: Junior Katira Jemmott had a career-high 16 points and added six steals and five assists to lead Whitman (6-3) in League II. Kelly Bilodeau also had 16 points and junior Hayley Mena added a career-high 15 points. Brenda Hornedo had 21 points for Central Islip.

Bellport 58, Huntington 48: Arella Guirantes scored 13 of her 22 points in the fourth quarter to lead Bellport (5-3) in League IV.

Centereach 44, East Islip 30:Heather Ferchland (12 points, 12 rebounds) and Melissa Terzakos (13 points) each had six points in a 12-6 first quarter to lead Centereach (3-4) in League III.

North Babylon 67, Smithtown East 20:Junior Brittany Hicks scored a career-high 17 points to lead North Babylon (6-1) in League III. Makeda Nicholas had 13 points and 11 rebounds and Brianna Jones added 11 points, 10 rebounds and eight assists.

Riverhead 70, Smithtown West 48:Jalyn Brown had 24 points and eight assists, Shanice Allen added 19 points and Meoldee Riley had 15 points and 10 rebounds to lead Riverhead (7-0) in League III.

Mount Sinai 34, Bayport-Blue Point 30: Marisa Colacino had 12 points and Alexandra Rose added 10 points to lead Mount Sinai (2-6) in League VI. Kaitlyn Leahy had 17 points for Bayport-Blue Point.

Hauppauge 65, Half Hollow Hills West 25:Lindsay Alfano had 23 points, including five three-pointers, along with eight assists and five steals and Dianna Poulin added four points and 11 rebounds to lead Hauppauge (12-0) in League IV.

Southold 54, Shelter Island 43: Sydney Campbell scored 18 points, Melissa Rogers had 13 points and Nicole Busso added 11 points to lead Southold (7-5, 7-0) in League VIII.

Solomon Schechter 55, Our Savior New American 15: Amelia Bayroff scored 28 points and Sammi Albucker had 13 points and 12 rebounds for Solomon Schechter (9-2) in IPPSAL.

BOYS SWIMMING

Smithtown 93, Hauppauge 93: Michael Carlin won the 200-freestyle (1:55.68) and the 100-yard butterfly (56.97) for Smithtown (2-4-1). Justin Plaschka won the 200-individual medley (2:02.77) and the 100-backstroke (52.85) for Hauppauge.
