Maddy Molinari scored with 39 seconds left in overtime off a feed from Ali Perez to lift Manhasset to a 2-1 win Thursday over North Shore in Nassau Conference I field hockey.

Perez fed Britten Reilly for a score with 4:28 left in regulation to give Manhasset (10-1) a 1-0 lead. North Shore's Lindsay Ahrens scored off a pass from Laura Wefer with 21 seconds left in regulation to force overtime. North Shore is 4-5-1.

East Islip 3, Connetquot 2: Laura Hill, Alyssa Gromeman and Taylor Hole each scored in strokes to win it for East Islip (10-2) in Suffolk Division II. Nicole Mocaldi made eight saves in the win. Siobhan Allmendinger scored with 1:42 left in regulation to tie the score at 2 for the Redmen.

GIRLS TENNIS

CHSAA championship.Second-seeded Jen Ferguson of Sacred Heart defeated No. 1 Courtney Line (St. John the Baptist), 10-7, for the CHSAA individual singles title. Top-seeded Pauline Syrnik and Marylen Santos (St. Francis Prep) beat No. 2 Samantha Jarmak and Sarah Thompson (Sacred Heart), 10-0, for the doubles title. BOYS SOCCER

Garden City 1, Elmont 0: Ed Schwindemann scored with 2:42 left in regulation to lead Garden City (5-1-4) in Nassau Conference IV. Goalkeeper Alex Pahlavi made four saves for the shutout.South Side 1, Sewanhaka 0: Ben Tetelman scored off a pass from Mike Marano two minutes into the second half for South Side (8-1-2) in Conference V. Devon Khosla had a save in the shutout.

Northport 2, Central Islip 0: Neil-Ryan Yodice scored two second-half goals to lift Northport (7-2-3) in Suffolk League II. Chris McBride and John Glancy assisted on the goals and Jackson Sirica made four saves for his fifth shutout.St. John the Baptist 3, St. Dominic 1: Thomas O'Connor scored 30 minutes into the first half to give St. John the Baptist (7-4) a 2-0 lead in CHSAA. Emmett O'Hara scored twice for SJB.

Long Beach 4, Valley Stream Central 3: Freshman Shannon Horgan scored her third goal with five minutes left to put Long Beach (4-6-2) ahead, 4-3, in Conference III. Emily Agudelo scored the tying goal with seven minutes left remaining.

Mepham 5, Bellmore JFK 2: Jill Picinich and Emily Schmitt each had a goal and an assist as Mepham (12-0) clinched the Nassau Conference III title. Sali Ayinde, Alyssa Paollilo, and Kelsey Simpson each added a goal and Safi Ayinde had two assists.West Hempstead 7, Great Neck North 2: Junior forward Olivia Czavar had a career-high four goals and an assist to lead West Hempstead (6-2-2) in Conference VI.

Clarke 1, North Shore 0: Nicole Waligh scored off a cross from Michelle Colvin with 45 seconds remaining as Clarke (6-1-3) handed North Shore (8-1-1) its first loss in Conference VIII. Emily Ramos had seven saves, including two on breakaways in the first half.

Miller Place 2, Rocky Point 1: Ashlyn Stiles scored on an assist from Emma Davis in the 50th minute to give Miller Place (7-3) a 2-0 lead in Suffolk League VI. Stiles assisted Davis on a goal early in the second that made it 1-0. boys volleyball
