Kara Rafferty, who finished with five goals and one assist, scored on an assist from Felicia Mills with 2:11 remaining in the third overtime to give Islip a 13-12 victory over Kings Park in Division II girls lacrosse. Jamie Romano, who finished with a game-high eight goals, scored with 32 seconds left in regulation to tie the game at 10 for Kings Park (1-1). Kylie Ohlmiller added three goals and three assists for Islip (1-1), and Paige Costantino chipped in with two goals.

Deer Park 15, Mount Sinai 13: Deanna Ingrassia scored a game-high five goals with two assists for Deer Park (1-1). Monica White had three goals and two assists, and Melyssa Matthewson and Angela Oliveto each chipped in with three goals and one assist. Shannon Burns led Mount Sinai (0-3) with four goals and one assist.

Greenport/Southold/Mattituck 8, Copiague 7: Shannon Gatz scored with 3:00 remaining to break a tie at 7 for Greenport/Southold/Mattituck (1-1). Megan Van Gorden scored two goals, and Emily Metz made eight saves. Katie Denby scored a game-high three goals for Copiague (0-2).

Huntington 13, Comsewogue 8: Junior Emilie Pugliese had a career-high eight points (five goals, three assists) to lead Huntington (1-1). Danielle Catanese added two goals and an assist, Allie Thompson had a goal and two assists and Karly Kocis made 19 saves. Michelle Rubino led Comsewogue (1-1) with three goals.

Sayville 13, Babylon 11: Emily Meier scored four goals with one assist for Sayville (2-0) in Division II. Connie Neilsen added four goals and Heather Bonamico made 13 saves. Shelby Fredericks led Babylon (0-2) with four goals and two assists.

Floral Park 15, Bethpage 8: Casey Naab scored five goals and Julia Schmidt added three goals and three assists for Floral Park (2-0) in Conference III. Anna Destro made 14 saves. Brianne DeNigris led Bethpage (0-3) with five goals.

St. Anthony's 15, Our Lady of Good Counsel (Washington D.C.) 14: Haley Bloom scored the game-winning goal 30 seconds into the third overtime for St. Anthony's (3-0) in non-league. Kerrin Maurer scored her game-high eighth goal to give St. Anthony's a 14-13 lead early in the second overtime, but Our Lady of Good Counsel, scored with 15 seconds remaining to force the third overtime.

BOYS LACROSSE

Floyd 12, Whitman 10: Ryan Payton scored four goals, including one with 3:42 remaining to give Floyd (2-1) a three-goal lead in Division I.D.J. Allen added three goals and one assist, and Xavier Williams made 10 saves. Sean Zakow led Whitman (0-2) with three goals and two assists.

East Islip 11, Northport 7: Tyler Begley scored three goals with two assists, and Chris Joyce, Anthony Pafundi and Kevin Wendel each scored twice for East Islip (1-0) in Division I. Tom Cordts made 18 saves for Northport (1-1).

Smithtown East 10, West Babylon 4: Adam Hull scored a game-high four goals with one assist for Smithtown East (1-1). Ryan Desimone added three goals and an assist. Ryan Quinn made 16 saves for West Babylon (1-2).

Comsewogue 10, Islip 7: Ryan Brunet scored four goals to lead Comsewogue (2-0) in Division II. Alex Zomerfeld added three goals and two assists and Connor Duddy had a goal and three assists. Joe Sciara scored four goals for Islip (1-1).

Elmont 13, West Hempstead 7: Diashawn Miller scored a game-high five goals with four assists, Edward Richard had three goals, and Kevin Figueroa scored twice to lead Elmont (3-0) in non-league. Fernando Inostrosa led West Hempstead (2-3) with four goals.

Cold Spring Harbor 8, Hicksville 7: Chris Moriarty scored the game-winner with 59 seconds left in the second overtime for Cold Spring Harbor (6-0). Brendan Bouchard added two goals, and Sean Doyle had two assists. Joe Leonard led Hicksville (3-1) with a game-high five goals.

Friends Academy 9, Mepham 5: Brothers Harry and Quentin Dellafera each scored three goals for Friends Academy (4-1). Alex Ryan had two goals and one assist, and Teddy Burke dished out three assists. Vin Moryc had a goal and an assist for Mepham (1-4).

North Shore 4, Calhoun 3: Greg Puskuldjian scored his second goal of the game off a faceoff 14 seconds into the fourth quarter for the go-ahead goal to lead North Shore (1-4). Charlie Isham led Calhoun (3-2) with two goals.
