H. H. Hills East, tennis
He improved to 13-0 with four wins at first singles. Ali had a 6-1, 6-1 victory over Cooper Lacetera of Westhampton.
MITCH CALANDRA
Floral Park, baseball
He went 8-for-12 in a three-game series against Lynbrook, with two RBIs, two runs, a double and a home run. He also struck out 10 over six innings in an extra-inning loss to Floral Park.
SOPHIE DANDOLA
Seaford, softball
She went 5-for-5 with three home runs and a triple and drove in 12 runs in a 20-9 win over Bellmore JFK.
STEVEN FOSTER
Sachem North, baseball
He went 5-for-6 with five RBIs, including the go-ahead two-run double in the sixth inning of Sachem's 19-11 victory over Lindenhurst. He was 4-for-8 with three RBIs in two wins over Central Islip.
SAMANTHA GIACOLONE
Eastport-South Manor, lacrosse
She made eight of her 14 saves in the second half and overtime as the Sharks rallied to beat rival Sayville, 7-6.
DANNY GROSSMAN
Port Washington, lacrosse
He scored seven goals in a win over Calhoun and had the winning goal at 2:47 into overtime in a 9-8 win over Farmingdale.
NATALIE LEDWITZ
Port Washington, lacrosse
She scored seven goals against Glen Ridge (N.J.) and had five goals and three assists in a win over South Side.
MATT LUCARELLI
Harborfields, baseball
He hit a two-out, three-run, sixth-inning homer to tie it at 6 in an 8-6 win over Islip. He also earned the win with four innings of relief.

Half Hollow Hills West, lacrosse
He made 13 saves including two from point-blank range during the final 3:00 to seal a 12-11 win over Riverhead. He had nine saves in a 10-9, hard-fought loss to West Islip.
BRIAN MORRELL
Shoreham-Wading River, baseball
He threw his second straight no-hitter, with eight strikeouts and five walks in a 4-0 win over Miller Place.
ERIC RAMSAY
Bay Shore, tennis
He went 3-0 at first singles, including a decision over Frank Artusa which keyed a 4-3 win over previously unbeaten East Islip.
TONIMARIE VALERIANO
Mepham, softball
Allowed four hits, struck out 11 and hit the go-ahead three-run home run in the sixth inning in a 3-2 win over unbeaten East Meadow.
