Okay, faithful readers, I have updated my volleyball rankings, taking Monday's games into consideration. There are some changes: Commack is in the top-10, Smithtown East is creeping closer to the top spot and Plainview JFK enters the top 5. Ward Melville and West Islip exit the top-10, with Bellmore JFK threatening to break through. Updated girls rankings will follow soon.

So, without further adieu:

1. Half Hollow Hills (2-0)-  The class of League I has impressive league wins over Sachem East and Sachem North.

2. Smithtown East (4-0)- Three-game win over Northport last week affirms their League II dominance.

3. Massapequa (3-0)- Still Nassau's best shot at a LI title.

4. Eastport-South Manor (5-0)- They are obliterating the rest of Suffolk League III.

5. Plainview JFK (3-0)- They passed first major test with an impressive win over Port Washington last Thursday.

6. Northport (3-1)- Tough loss to Smithtown East pushes them down the list, but then again, Smithtown East is beating everybody.

7. Lindenhurst (3-0)- They had impressive four-game wins over Commack and Connetquot last week.

8. Smithtown West (2-1)- Crashed top-10 on the heels of four-game victory over West Islip.

9. Commack (2-1)- Led by Patrick Lilly, they had impressive win over Ward Melville last week.

10. Sachem North (1-1)- They are still a threat in Suffolk despite loss to Hills.
