Calvin de Haan to attend Rookie Showcase
Islanders prospect Calvin de Haan will be featured as one of the 23 Rookie Prospects at this year's NHLPA Rookie Showcase at Mastercard Centre this Wednesday.
De Haan will join Taylor Hall, Tyler Seguin, Erik Gudbranson and others in Toronto for the event, during which they'll model their NHL team uniforms for photographs "used for upcoming trading card and memorabilia launches.
Last year's No. 1 overall pick John Tavares participated in the showcase last year.
