As predicted, Rick DiPietro will be tonight's starting goalie against the Florida Panthers at BankAtlantic Center.
Tonight's contest, the fourth of a five-game road trip for the Islanders, will be his first game back since suffering facial fractures in a fight with Penguins goaltender Brent Johnson February 2.
DiPietro is 7-10-4 this season, with a .890 save percentage and 3.36 goals against average.
The Florida Panthers will try to string together their second straight win to complete their seven-game homestand tonight.
