Saturday night’s Islanders-Flyers game at Barclays Center has been postponed because of the snowstorm. No makeup date has been set.

The Islanders and Flyers both were in town, but the unsafe travel conditions for fans planning to attend the game brought about the postponement at about 10 a.m. Saturday. It’s the third NHL game snowed out this weekend. The Capitals had games against the Ducks (Friday night) and the Penguins (Sunday afternoon) postponed because of the weather.

The Islanders will announce alternate arrangements for fans with tickets to Saturday night’s game. The Isles next play Monday night at home against the Red Wings.
