Jon Sim placed on waivers

 The Islanders placed winger Jon Sim on waivers once again today.

Assuming he clears tomorrow at noon, the 33-year old Sim will  report to Bridgeport. Sim has  already played 8 games for the Sound Tigers this season (7 goals and 2 assists).

He has one goal and two assists in 23 games for the Islanders this season.
