Martin Biron headed to Bridgeport for conditioning

 Islanders goaltender Martin Biron is headed to Bridgeport for a conditioning assignment and is expected to rejoin the team on Sunday.

Biron, who has been out of the mix since Rick DiPietro's return last month, has not played since December 27
