Rookie camp day 2

 Russian winger Kirill Kabanov is back on the ice this morning after missing yesterday's practice for disciplinary reasons.

And since I didn't provide a very comprehensive list yesterday, here's who is skating for the Islanders during the morning session:

Forwards: Nino Niederreiter, David Ullstrom, Rhett Rakhshani, Robin Figren, Casey Cizikas, Justin DiBenedetto, Tony Romano, Kirill Kabanov, Alex O'Neil, Justin Taylor

Defensemen: Travis Hamonic, Calvin de Haan, Anton Klementyev, Mark Katic, Tony DeHart, Corey Syvret, Steven Tarasuk

Goalies: Mikko Koskinen, Kevin Poulin

***Yesterday the team announced that David Toews was out for training camp with an injured shoulder. Saw Toews this morning and he'll be re-evaluated; he's optimistic he won't need surgery. Will provide update later.
