Stefan Ridderwall elects to stay in Sweden
Islanders goaltending prospect Stefan Ridderwall has had a change of heart and will be heading back to play for Djurgardens IF of the Swedish Elite League next season.
He turned down an offer from the Islanders, who will lose his rights June 1.
