As it happened: UBS Arena at Belmont Park hosts Islanders for first home opener

After years of waiting, the Islanders and their fans finally opened a new home venue Saturday as UBS Arena at Belmont Park made its debut. The Isles hosted the Calgary Flames in the building's first game, falling 5-2.
