Artem Anisimov undergoes right wrist surgery
The 22-year-old Russian center left the championship game in the Worlds on May 23 and the Rangers said today that Dr. Martin Posner, at the NYU Hospital for Joint Diseases, successfully removed a bone chip in the wrist. Anisimov is expected to make a full recovery in 4-6 weeks. Sounds as if it won't affect his play at training camp begins in September...
