Boyle, recovering from concussion, says he feels 'OK'

GREENBURGH, N.Y. -- Brian Boyle was smiling and looking like his usual self at the MSG Training Center Wednesday, even though he's clearly not feeling much like himself these days, still recovering from a Game 5 concussion from a Chris Neil hit on Saturday night.
"I feel OK," the center told Newsday before declining further comment.
Boyle has not skated since the hit knocked him out of Saturday's game and is clearly out for Thursday's Game 7 and should the Rangers advance. As per concussion protocols, Boyle would need to be cleared for off-ice work -- usually riding a stationary bike -- and then need to be symptom-free before resuming on-ice work.
