Rangers trade Jayden Grubbe's rights to Edmonton

The Rangers Wednesday announced they have traded the rights to center Jayden Grubbe, a third round draft pick in 2021, to the Edmonton Oilers in exchange for a fifth round pick In this summer's draft.
The 6-3, 20-pound Grubbe, 20, played for the WHL's Red Deer Rebels in 2022-23, and had 18 goals, 49 assists for 67 points, in 64 games.
