NYEve CBA talks to begin around 2 p.m.

Welcome to another stakeout here in midtown, probably one of the chilliest, and certainly with the most  passers-by heading in the direction of Times Square.

No telling how long this will last, but I'm guessing that the sticking points won't take more than a few hours to point out. Where it goes from there tonight, who knows. Assume each side will break and discuss more internally and perhaps resume tomorrow.

Surprises? Maybe.
