I'm still thinking Shelley, who likes NYC, will sign with NYR. If I recall, when acquired Feb. 12 from San Jose, Rangers had to surrender a conditional pick in 2011. Think if was a fifth if he re-signed, a sixth if not. Not sure how that works if he's on the UFA market and the Rangers sign him. WIll check.... Is it 5 or 6?
