Topics: Deveaux, call ups? And now be thankful....

Andre Deveaux, hit with a match penalty for yesterday's high hit on Tomas Fleischmann in the 2-1 loss in Florida, has a phone hearing today with the league. Usually means less than a five game suspension.

However, any ban will mean a callup for the Caps/Flyers games tomorrow and Saturday.  Guessing either Carl Hagelin (who can fit under the cap), Mats Zuccarello (who can't unless there's a re-asssignment) or John Mitchell, (NHL experience). Or the Rangers could go with 7 d!!!! and use one upfront. Stay tuned.

We're hosting Thanksgiving at Chez Zipay this afternoon, and in all honesty, there's a lot for which to be thankful in tough times for a lot of people.
