Coach John Tortorella on starting Martin Biron, who stopped 27 shots in the 2-1 win in Winnipeg:

 “I don’t look at it that way. (that it’s the Jets). I want him to play the third one here in four nights....It’s his game... He played with not a lot of extra motion in his game. I thought he moved the puck well when he needed to at certain times. I think he settles us down in certain situations."

Biron is 2-0-0, with a 1.39 GAA and a .947 save percentage
