Heavy rain and saturated conditions on both turf courses at Saratoga on Saturday prompted the cancellation of two Grade 1 stakes races, the Manhattan and the Jaipur. Both races will be tacked on to Sunday's card at Saratoga.

The $500,000 Jaipur, run at 5 1/2 furlongs on the Mellon Turf Course, will become Sunday's 12th race. The $1 million Manhattan, originally scheduled at 1 3/16 miles on the Mellon Course, will instead be contested at 1 1/8 miles on the inner turf course, and will be the 13th race on Sunday's card.

All other races scheduled for the turf on Sunday will be moved to the main dirt track, as was the case on Saturday's card.
