Warriors deal Maggette
to Bucks for Bell, Gadzuric
The Bucks acquired forward Corey Maggette Tuesday from the Warriors for guard Charlie Bell and center Dan Gadzuric. The Bucks also get a second-round pick from the Warriors in Thursday night's NBA draft.

Jackie Bradley and Adrian Morales homered during an eight-run second inning that sent South Carolina to an 11-4 win over Arizona State, knocking the top seed out of the tournament. The Sun Devils (52-10) lost consecutive games for the first time this season.

Fourth-round pick Joe McKnight signed with the Jets, who waived kicker Jared Ballman, safety Brannon Condren and defensive tackle Mick Williams.

East Meadow's Chris Garzia, Baffour Obiem, Tom Ford and Tom Milian can call themselves All-Americans after taking second in the 4 x 110-meter shuttle hurdle relay at the New Balance Outdoor Nationals over the weekend. Their time of 59.85 seconds was the fastest on Long Island this year.
