Stanley takes lead at Honda
Kyle Stanley shot a 4-under 66 at a the Honda Classic on Friday to take a one-shot lead over Rory Sabbatini, who tied the tournament record at PGA National in West Palm Beach with a 64. Among those five shots behind at 1 under were Lee Westwood and first-round leader Spencer Levin.

Taylor seeks to keep media out of case
Former Giants star Lawrence Taylor is seeking to keep the media out of a dispute between him and a woman who bore his child. An attorney for Taylor is seeking to bar reporters from future hearings in the child support case in New Jersey involving Taylor and Ebony Washington. Attorney James Key says in court papers that Taylor isn't behind on payments. Key says the dispute is over Taylor's attempt to reduce his payments. Key cites news coverage that has referred to Taylor as a "sleazy sack king."
TENNIS
U.S., Chile split Davis Cup openers
The United States split its Davis Cup matches against Chile with Andy Roddick taking the opener and while John Isner lost to Paul Capdeville. Capdeville gave Chile a boost at home in Santiago with a 6-7 (5), 6-7 (2), 7-6 (3), 7-6 (5), 6-4 win. Roddick beat Nicolas Massu 6-2, 4-6, 6-3, 6-4. - AP
