Cosmos win second NASL title
Rookie Steve Hunt scored in the 20th minute and set up Giorgio Chinaglia's header in the 77th minute as the Cosmos defeated the Seattle Sounders, 2-1, in the North American Soccer League's Soccer Bowl before 41,270 in Portland, Ore. The victory made the Cosmos the only two-time champion in NASL history and was the final notch in the celebrated career of Brazilian superstar Pele.
