Summer is over, and the New York City cultural calendar is crowded with activities for families. This weekend, kids can go the ballet, celebrate the Chinese Moon Festival and much more.
NEW YORK CITY BALLET

CELEBRATE GANESH
WHAT The elephant-headed Indian god with a sweet tooth is an irresistible favorite with children everywhere. This month, the Rubin Museum of Art has dedicated its Saturday family workshops to the celebration of Ganesh. Sculpt clay figures, make garlands and sweets, hear stories about the god and join a procession around the museum.
