MAZES AND MONSTERS
Corn mazes look different when navigated by flashlight at Cherry Crest Adventure Farm in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, where you can pick your own pumpkins.
Jellystone Park Camp-Resorts across the country offer Halloween-themed weekends with Monster Mash dances, campsite decorating, costume contest and trick-or-treating.

ZOOS AND BOOS
The Jack-O'Lantern Spectacular at Roger Williams Park Zoo in Providence, Rhode Island, features 5,000 illuminated jack-o'-lanterns.

GHOSTS AND HAUNTED HOUSES
Teens and tweens will like a ghost tour in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, where the highlight involves a soldier who accidentally shot a young girl in a house during the Battle of Gettysburg. The Terror Behind the Walls at the former Eastern State Penitentiary in Philadelphia features 200 performers scaring thrill- seekers.

'WHERE THE WILD THINGS ARE'
