New permanent cruise port in Charleston, S.C.

Charleston, S.C., officially became a permanent cruise port with the arrival of the Carnival Fantasy this month. The ship, which carries 2,056 passengers, will make five-day cruises to the Bahamas. Find more details at carnival.com.
