In the aftermath of superstorm Sandy and a tense presidential election, we could all use a good laugh. So the New York Comedy Festival (newyorkcomedyfestival.com), which began Wednesday, provides timely comic relief. Many of the top-billed performances have already sold out, but you can still fortify your funny bone over the weekend with the talents of these hilarious individuals.
