Check NY on map that compares job loss, state by state

The damage of the worst recession since the Great Depression continues, even though the downturn officially ended in June, 2009, 18 months after it began.

The Economic Policy Institute has compiled an interactive map that looks at job losses or growth at the state level since December 2007,  when the the recession began. Look at how New York stacks up against other states.
