North Shore Child & Family Guidance Center in Roslyn Heights announced three new board members.  Amy Cantor, a Syosset resident, is a nonpracticing real estate attorney and a board member of three PTA units in the Syosset school district. Sean Fanelli is president emeritus at Nassau Community College and special assistant to the provost at Hofstra University. He resides in Westbury. Len Labita is vice president/controller of the New York Mets and lives in Wantagh

Steven V. Dalton has been elected to serve as the Area 4 trustee in the Nassau Library System, which covers Island Trees, Levittown, Massapequa, Plainedge, Seaford, and Wantagh. The Touro Law Center student lives in Levittown.  

Maureen E. McClusky has been appointed to the Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators within the New York State Department of Health. The Babylon resident is executive director at Stern and Orzac Centers for Extended Care and Rehabilitation in Manhasset

Ronald Preston Phipps has been appointed to the National Honey Board, based in Colorado. The Bayville resident is president of CPNA International, an import/export business in Jericho.

 ENGINEERING

Craig A. Geller has joined Sí TV in Manhattan as senior vice president, advertising sales. The Melville resident was senior vice president, network and digital sales, for Telemundo Networks, also in Manhattan. 

FINANCE
Tony Dalessio was promoted to managing partner of KPMG's Long Island office in Melville. He was a partner in the advisory practice for the New York City and Long Island offices and lives in Sands Point.

Citizens Bank announced two new appointments. John Kotzin has been named mortgage loan officer and will be based in the Garden City office. He was previously a loan officer at HSBC in Miller Place and lives in Port JeffersonJohn Farina of Massapequa was named mortgage loan officer and also will work in the Garden City office. He was a loan officer at Bank of America in Forest Hills. 

GOVERNMENT
Nicole J. Christian was appointed a consultant of grant writing for the Village of Port Jefferson. The Gordon Heights resident teaches and lectures at Dowling College's Townsend School of Business and Dowling Institute, the corporate training arm of Dowling College. Both are located in Oakdale. 

HEALTH CARE
Dr. Marc Wilkenfeld has been named chief of the newly created division of occupational and environmental medicine at Winthrop-University Hospital in Mineola. He was an environmental occupational physician at the World Trade Center Environmental Health Center and lives in lower Manhattan. 

LAW
Daniel L. McAuliffe has been promoted from associate to counsel at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek in Uniondale. He lives in Long Beach.
