Kelly Canavan of Sag Harbor has joined Campolo, Middleton & McCormick in Bridgehampton as counsel and head of the real estate department. She was counsel with Farrell Fritz in Water Mill.

Kevin D. Gallagher of Miller Place has joined Customers Bank in Melville as senior vice president and SBA national director. He had a similar position with Citibank in Uniondale.
