Long Island hires and promotions: Adele Cullen, Middle Country schools

EDUCATION

Middle Country Central School District has four new administrators.

Adele Cullen of Blue Point, school psychologist at the district’s Newfield High School in Selden, has been appointed coordinator of pupil personnel services/special education for secondary education.

Marie Moran of Hicksville has been appointed coordinator of pupil personnel services/special education for elementary education. She was a special education coordinator for the Voice Charter School in Long Island City.

Peter Desjardins of West Sayville has been appointed coordinator of district data services. He was student data analyst/staff developer for Eastern Suffolk BOCES in Holbrook.

Rachel Ndembera of West Sayville has been appointed coordinator of science/research K-12. She was an earth science/AP environmental science educator at Frederick Douglass Academy in Harlem.

ARCHITECTURE

H2M architects + engineers has five new hires in Melville and one in Manhattan.

Matt Strobel of Lynbrook, formerly an intern for the firm, has been hired as a staff engineer.

Crystal Soudant of Bay Shore has been hired as a staff architect. She was a safety assistant at WE Transport inc. in Plainview.

Suraj Kumar of Bellerose has been hired as a staff engineer. He was an intern with the New York City Department of Design and Construction in Long Island City.

Joseph Balicki of Hicksville has been hired as a staff engineer. He was a contractor’s assistant at TCB Home Renovations in Oceanside.

Lauren Steck of Levittown has been hired as a staff architect. She was a draftsman and acting receptionist at Innersite Interior Design in Garden City.

Russel Greenberg of Woodbury has been hired as staff architect in Manhattan. He was an intern at John Schlmenti PC Architect in Lynbrook.

REAL ESTATE

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Babylon has two new appointments.

Scott Comer of Lake Grove has been appointed branch office manager. He will also continue as branch manager for affiliated sales associates in Dix Hills.

Corinne Bubolo of Mount Sinai has been appointed assistant manager of the Babylon and Dix Hills offices. She was a real estate sales agent in the Mount Sinai office.

TRANSPORTATION

Kaitlin Simensky of East Meadow has been hired as manager of sales administration and media relations at Transervice Logistics Inc. in Lake Success, a provider of transportation solutions. She was a communications project manager for global IT outsourcing of HR firm Adecco Group in Melville.
