Long Island hires and promotions: appointment at Nassau's Holocaust Memorial center

Lisa M. Hansen of Aquebogue has joined Kandell, Farnworth & Pubins in Aquebogue as supervisor. She was accounting manager at Bridgehampton National Bank in Bridgehampton.

BOARDS

Bernard Vishnick of Dix Hills has been appointed secretary of the board and an executive committee member of the Holocaust Memorial & Tolerance Center of Nassau County in Glen Cove. He is a senior partner of Vishnick McGovern Milizio's litigation group in Lake Success.

Ted Mageau of East Williston has been named a director at HealthCare Chaplaincy Network in Manhattan. He is a manager of the Center for Wealth Preservation in Syosset.

Paule T. Pachter of North Bellmore has been appointed chair of the board of directors of the Food Bank Association of New York State, based in Albany. Pachter is chief executive of Long Island Cares -- The Harry Chapin Food Bank.
