Bob Miglani of Monroe, New Jersey, has been appointed chief of business development at Applied DNA Sciences in Stony Brook to lead expansion into pharmaceuticals. He was senior director, external medical affairs, at Pfizer Inc. in Manhattan.

Stephen Bello of West Hempstead has been appointed executive director at Long Island Jewish Valley Stream (formerly Franklin Hospital). He was a vice president and administrator within Northwell Health Physician Partners, in Manhasset.

Marc T. Hudak of Sea Cliff has joined The Whitmore Group Ltd. in Garden City as a partner and member of the management committee. He was CEO of Consuasor Inc. in East Moriches and Manhattan.
Marc Schein of Bellmore has been hired as the executive director of commercial insurance for Integrated Coverage Group in Farmingdale. He was risk adviser at Chernoff Diamond & Co. in Uniondale.
