Long Island hires and promotions: Christine Dickson, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate

Matthew Grover of Centerport has been promoted from vice president of sales operations to senior vice president, sales operations and commercial sales at Cablevision Systems Corp. in Bethpage. He will lead sales operations and also oversee commercial sales.

BANKING

Ron Austin of Woodmere has been promoted from regional vice president for residential lending to regional senior vice president for residential lending in the tri-state area at BankUnited in Manhattan.

Anthony J. Mancusi of Plainview has been promoted from vice president to administrative vice president at M&T Bank in Melville.

REAL ESTATE

Christine Dickson of East Northport has joined Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate in Huntington as a licensed associate real estate broker. She had a similar job at Laffey Fine Homes in Huntington.
