Long Island hires and promotions: Claud joins Town & Country real estate

Andrea Harum Schiavoni of Sag Harbor has joined Campolo, Middleton & McCormick in Bridgehampton as of counsel. She will also continue as the justice for Sag Harbor village and Southampton Town.

Karol & Sosnik in Garden City has announced three new hires.

Adam C. Sosnik of Long Beach has joined as an associate. He recently passed the New York and New Jersey bar exams.

Brenda M. Lynch of Howard Beach has joined as counsel. She was a partner at Vincent J. Russo & Associates in Westbury.

Matthew E. Rappaport of New Hyde Park has joined as an associate. He was an associate at L'Abbate, Balkan, Colavita & Contini in Garden City.

Dawn Price of Mount Sinai has been named training manager for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage on Long Island and in Queens. She was a sales agent in the Setauket office and will work out of the training office in Huntington.

Shauncy Claud of Southampton has joined Town & Country in its Southampton office as a licensed real estate sales agent. She was a property manager at Granderson & Associates in Los Angeles.
