Joseph Moscola of Massapequa Park has been appointed senior vice president and chief human resources officer for the North Shore-LIJ Health System in Great Neck. He was senior vice president and executive director of ambulatory operations.
Dr. Steven M. Harris of Long Beach has joined Advanced Urology Centers of New York and will work in Rockville Centre, Valley Stream and Long Beach. He was the chief of urology at Long Beach Medical Center.

Kevin LaGuardia of Mountainside, New Jersey, has joined Plymouth Rock Energy in Woodmere as chief operating officer. He was general manager at South Jersey Energy.
