Daryoush Larizadeh, of Port Washington, has been named president of Leviton Manufacturing Co. Inc. in Melville, a maker of electrical and lighting products. He will continue to serve as chief operating officer.
LAW
Lewis Johs Avallone Aviles in Islandia has two new hires.
Amanda C. Dickens, of Ronkonkoma, has been hired as an attorney. She was an attorney at Farmers Insurance Co. in East Meadow.
Susan Carey, of Baiting Hollow, has been hired as controller. She was vice president of finance at Havas/Euro RSGG in Manhattan.

The Viscardi Center in Albertson, a network of nonprofits providing services to educate, employ and empower people with disabilities, has expanded its business development team.
Cynthia L. Roth, of Massapequa, has been appointed vice president of new business development. She was managing consultant of the center's Nathaniel H. Kornreich Technology Center in Albertson.
Claudia Poglianich, of Oyster Bay, has been hired as specialist in new business development. She was employed by the Town of North Hempstead Department of Services for the Aging in Roslyn Heights.
HEALTH CARE
Justin Jaycon, of Holbrook, has been promoted to assistant director of public affairs and marketing at Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip. He was marketing manager for Good Samaritan and a marketing associate for South Nassau Communities Hospital in Oceanside.
REAL ESTATE
Patricia Posillico, of Huntington, has joined Sperry Van Ness/Realty Three Advisors in Holbrook as a senior investment adviser. She was a mortgage originator in the New York City office of WCS Lending, a national mortgage banker.

Ken Greenberg, of Mount Sinai, founder, ex-president and CEO of the Austin & Williams ad agency in Hauppauge, has joined the board of directors at the Jewish Academy of Suffolk County in Commack.
Russell C. Albanese, of Oyster Bay, chairman of the Albanese Organization real estate firm in Garden City, has joined the board of directors of the Family Service League in Huntington.
Gary Bergman, of Huntington, has been elected to the board of directors of the American International Recruitment Council in Bethesda, Maryland. He is president of College Study US Inc. in Huntington and was associate provost of enrollment at LIU Post in Brookville.
