Dr. Rodolfo M. Domingo of Bay Shore, chairman of anesthesiology at Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip, has been named president of the hospital’s medical board.

Geri Anne L. Hayes of Middle Village, Queens has been hired as an associate in litigation at McCabe, Collins, McGeough, Fowler, Levine & Nogan in Carle Place. She was a summer intern at the firm and is a recent graduate of Hofstra University’s law school in Hempstead.
Penni Stathakos of Centereach has been hired as an associate in commercial lending at Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman in East Meadow. She was an associate at Sankel, Skurman & McCartin in Manhattan.
Eric J. Einhart of East Meadow, an associate attorney at Russo Law Group in Garden City, has been promoted to partner.

David P. Stein, who is moving here from Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, has been hired as chief operating officer at Franklin First Financial in Melville. He worked remotely as executive vice president at Residential Home Funding Corp., White Plains.
