Sharmel Clarke of Huntington, operations manager, has been promoted to customer service manager.

W. Edings Thibault of Manhattan has been appointed vice president and head of investor relations at Broadridge Financial Solutions Inc. in Lake Success. He was global head of business intelligence at MSCI Inc. in Manhattan.

Hank Ratner of Old Westbury has been appointed president and CEO of Independent Sports and Entertainment in Manhattan. He was president and CEO of The Madison Square Garden Company and a vice chairman of Cablevision.

Rebecca Serini of Farmingville as been hired as a staff accountant at Cohen Greve & Co. CPA in Mineola. She was an intern there in her senior year of college.

R.S. Abrams & Co. in Islandia has three new promotions.

Jennifer Bracco of Wantagh, a senior II auditor, has been promoted to supervisor.

Stephen Kaminski of West Islip, a staff accountant, has been promoted to semi-senior auditor.

Scott Van Duyne of Smithtown, an accounting intern, has been promoted to staff accountant.
