The Tourette Association of America in Bayside, Queens, has announced a new hire and a promotion.

Karon Campbell Williams of Oyster Bay has been hired as director of development. She was an annual fund manager at Vaughn College of Aeronautics and Technology in Flushing, Queens.

Michelle Gutmann of Floral Park, special events manager, has been promoted to director of special events.

Michael M. Todres of Manhattan, managing partner of Todres & Company in Westbury, has been elected director-at-large.

Christopher Cahill of Floral Park, a partner at Deloitte & Touche in Manhattan, has been elected director-at-large.

Dennis Santare of Garden City, vice president of sales and marketing of Aircraft Propeller Service, Lake Zurich, Illinois, has been named to the board of directors of the Cradle of Aviation Museum in Garden City.
