Long Island hires and promotions: LandStar Title Agency

James Walkin of Cold Spring Harbor has been appointed vice president of commercial business at LandStar Title Agency in Manhattan. He was founder of Walkin Commodities Inc. brokerage in Manhattan.

Realty Connect USA has some new hires.

Arthur Glen Eichhorst of Lake Grove has been hired as a sales agent in the Hauppauge office. He held a similar position at Realty Quest Associates in Coram.

Nancy Sheils of Port Jefferson has been hired for sales in the Setauket office. She recently completed training at American Real Estate School in Hauppauge.

Russell Gerry of Mastic has been hired as a sales agent in the Hauppauge office. He recently completed training at American Real Estate School in Hauppauge.

Susan Belonzi of Patchogue has been hired on the sales staff in the Hauppauge office. She held a similar position at Re/Max Signature in Setauket.
