Long Island hires and promotions: Laura Francis, Eastern N.Y. Youth Soccer Association

The Eastern New York Youth Soccer Association in Rockville Centre has announced two new hires.
Laura Francis of Mineola has joined as operations director. She was executive director at Just One Break Inc. at the Viscardi Center in Albertson.
Arthena Sherwood of Queens Village has joined as a communications associate. She was a communications intern for the New York City Council in Manhattan and is a recent graduate of Molloy College in Rockville Centre.
BANKING
Aashish Patel has joined the Madison Avenue, Manhattan, office of Signature Bank as a relationship manager. The Centereach resident was assistant vice president and senior client associate at Sterling National Bank in Manhattan.
HEALTH CARE
Michael Letter of Old Bethpage has been named administrator at the Gurwin Jewish-Fay J. Lindner Residences, an assisted living community in Commack. He was the administrator at Belair Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in North Bellmore.
