Axis Construction Corp. in Hauppauge has two promotions.

Peter Cannuscio of Lake Grove has been promoted from vice president to executive vice president and chief operating officer.

Frank Piccirillo of Islip has been promoted from senior project manager to vice president.

Laura Mogul of Port Washington has been named executive director at Landmark on Main Street Inc. in Port Washington. She was a consultant for Finish Line Road Race Technicians and Larick Associates, both based in Port Washington.
