Long Island hires and promotions: Laurine M. Peppers, Racanelli Construction Co.

CONSTRUCTION

Racanelli Construction Co. in Melville has two new hires.

Steven Gargano of North Babylon has joined the company as an assistant project manager. He was an intern at New York Design Architects in Manhattan.

Laurine M. Peppers of Lindenhurst has joined the company as assistant estimator. She was an estimator-project management assistant with Venetian Construction in Mineola.

ACCOUNTING

Marcum LLP, an accounting and advisory services firm in Melville, has two new partners.

Barbara Sena of Deer Park is a member of the national quality control department where she is responsible for allocating quality control resources throughout the firm. Previously she held the position of director of her department.

Gregory Wozniak of Seaford specializes in business, tax and consulting services for closely held companies. He previously held the position of director of his department.
