Long Island hires and promotions: Michael Fink, BankUnited

Michael Fink of Massapequa has been appointed executive vice president and director of commercial real estate portfolio management at BankUnited in Melville. He had a similar role at Capital One Bank in Melville.

Patrick Hickey of Rockaway Park has joined Empire National Bank in Islandia as vice president, commercial loan officer. He was vice president, relationship manager at Signature Bank in Melville.
