Donna Cesarani of Lindenhurst has been hired as director of human resources at Newsday Media Group in Melville. She was associate vice president of human resources and labor relations with Morgans Hotel Group, a global organization, in Manhattan.

Ryan Patrick Donnelly of Garden City, broker/owner of The Donnelly Group, of Garden City, Franklin Square, Valley Stream and Floral Park, has joined his firm with Signature Premier Properties in Huntington/Northport.

Brian Kiernan of North Bellmore held a similar position at Coldwell Banker in Massapequa Park.
Lisa Kohan of Atlantic Beach was director of sales at the Allegria Hotel in Long Beach.
