The American Society of Civil Engineers Long Island branch has announced its board of directors for 2015.

Qaisar Khan of Selden has been named president. He is an engineer at Intercounty Paving Associates in Hicksville.

Adam DeVito of Cold Spring Harbor has been named president-elect. He is a structural engineer with WSP in Manhattan.

Daniel H. Winkelman of Greenlawn has been named vice president. He is a senior transportation Engineer with VHB in Hauppauge.

Katherine A. Heptig of Rockville Centre has been named chair of the Nassau County Bar Association's corporation, banking and securities law committee. She is counsel at Farrell Fritz in Uniondale.

Kenneth Saunders of Garden City, acting president of Nassau Community College, has joined the board of directors of Long Island Software Technology Network in Mineola.
