Tim Trzepacz of Mount Vernon, New Hampshire, has been hired as vice president of e-commerce at Innovative Technology in Port Washington. He was operational vice president at Brookstone in Merrimack, New Hampshire.

Meredith McCaslin of Amityville has been hired as director of advancement at The Knox School in St. James. She was director of development for the Go Red for Women Campaign at the American Heart Association in Plainview.

John Dallo of Huntington has been named vice president of FNA Insurance Services in Woodbury. He was senior vice president of sales and marketing at Paradigm Health Plans in Melville.
FITNESS
Trevor Foster of Amityville, personal training director, has been promoted to total body solutions executive at Big Al’s Family Fitness in Amityville.
MACHINERY
Joseph DiCapua of Seaford has joined Tiger Valuation Services in Manhattan, an affiliate of Tiger Capital Group, as a senior appraiser in machinery and equipment. He had a similar job at AccuVal in Woodbury.
