BOARDS and ASSOCIATIONS
Paul J. Tonna has been named chairman of the board of directors at NuHealth Foundation. The Huntington resident is executive director of Molloy College's The Energeia Partnership and chief executive of Professional Evaluation Medical Group in Hicksville.

Daniel T. Gazzola has been elected to the board of directors for CIBS (Commercial Industrial Brokers Society). The Cold Spring Harbor resident is managing director at Newmark Knight Frank in Melville.

The Farmingdale State College Foundation announced two new members to its board of directors: John Molloy is chief executive and chairman of H2M in Melville and lives in Wantagh. Christopher Kutner is a partner with Farrell Fritz in Uniondale and lives in Rockville Centre.

Pearl M. Kamer has been promoted to chair of Farmingdale State College's College Council, of which she's been a member since 2008. The Syosset resident serves as chief economist for the Long Island Association. 

EDUCATION
MaryAnn Clark has been named dean of the school of health professions and nursing at the C.W. Post Campus of Long Island University. She was associate provost for academic administration at Seton Hall University and acting dean and professor at Seton Hall's school of graduate medical education. She lives in Glen Cove.

ENERGY
Doug Mauch has been named managing partner in charge of sales at JJT Energy, a Rockville Centre-based energy service company. The Rockville Centre resident was head golf professional at Wheatley Hills Golf Club in East Williston.

FINANCE
Nicholas Durante has joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as director of practice development at its Melville office. The Queens resident was director of development at Eisner in Manhattan. 

HEALTH CARE
Dr. Michael Stratemeier has been promoted to chief of emergency medicine at Huntington Hospital. He was associate chief and director of clinical services in the hospital's emergency department. Stratemeier is a Holtsville resident.

Robert S. Heatley has been promoted to executive vice president for business development and ambulatory services at NuHealth System in East Meadow. He was senior vice president for business development and lives in Manhattan. 

LAW
Lewis Johs Avallone Aviles in Melville announced two promotions recently: Elizabeth Fitzpatrick, previously counsel, has been named partner in the firm. Fitzpatrick is a resident of Greenlawn. Dan McCally, previously an associate, also has been named partner in the firm. McCally lives in Patchogue.

NONPROFIT
Jessica DiMeo was promoted from regional director, communications to senior regional director of communications at The American Heart Association in Plainview. She lives in Floral Park.

TECHNOLOGY
Vincenzo Giordano has joined Audio Unlimited in Hicksville as vice president, operations. The Oceanside resident was the service manager at Real Time Services in Manhattan.
